Welcome! I’m an assistant professor of Economics in the School of Foreign Service at Georgetown University. My research lies at the intersection of international trade, technology, and policy. Recently I was the recipient of the 2020 WTO Essay Award for Young Economists.

I received a Ph.D. in Business Economics from Harvard University and a A.B. in Economics from Princeton University.

Here is a link to my CV.

Here is a link to Georgetown’s 2023/24 seminar series in International Economics, which I co-organize with Nuno Limao and Charly Porcher.

Recent Updates:
Oct 2023: Complete draft of “Capital Services in Global Value Chains
Jan 2023: New (and improved!) draft of “Industry Linkages from Joint Production

(P.S. my name is pronounced “seeYoung”)
